Natalie made it happen.

This deal wasn't straight forward in that I wasn't actually on the market and a had at best a very luke warm interest in selling. Natalie brought into the picture the perfect buyers for my rather uniques 17 hectare rural property, who fell in love with it. She then negotiated an offer that made me sit up and take notice and then kept things alive as we worked through some difficult conditions. She has an ability to connect with both buyer and seller and her communications were excellent throughout. She now has a very happy buyer and a very happy seller and i would have no hesitation in highly recommending Natalie.

Best in the business!

Franco took on the challenge of selling our older 2brm home in a market saturated with new, cookie cutter 2brm units. He addressed the challenge with professionalism and commitment and the outcome of that effort was the Sold sticker we wanted. Whilst it took a bit longer than we thought it would, that was in no way a reflection on him or his efforts, more on the market forces at play with the offering we had. Franco's communication throughout was superb. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, which made the journey a much easier one for us, especially as we live out of town. We couldn't recommend him more highly. You will absolutely enjoy working with him. He tells it like it is, and will keep you front and foremost.

Excellent communicator and superb in handling the sale process between vendor and purchaser

I found Indi to be an excellent communicator throughout the process of buying the property and responded to our questions and queries promptly and with real professionalism. She was a superb liaison between ourselves as buyers and the vendor during the settlement process following purchase and ensured all parties were informed throughout.
