I have dealt with many real estate agents when looking for a home over the past 3 years and Debbie stands above the rest. Debbie had strong answers for all of my concerns about buying our new house and kept up communication in the week before the auction, which built momentum for the auction. We have selected Lin Ma as an estate agent to sell our home because we did notice her superior performance in sales which often were completed at rather high prices. We met with her and her team member, Jane Fennell, to discuss sales strategy and what needs to be done to the property to bring it to the market, timing and specifics of the whole process etc. We noticed professional, yet down to earth and practical approach, prompt and clear communication, flexibility with specific conditions of the process. Jane was running daily sales process (lots of open homes and numerous extra visits) liasing with us as needed (importantly, Jane knew this very neightbourhood very well via personal connection from the past).
