Tom was exactly what we needed in a real estate agent. He didn’t overpromise anything, but he did exactly what he said he would do, and did it bloody well. He kept us updated every step of the way, with texts after every open home, regular calls and messages to check in, and great advice throughout the whole process. Selling can feel overwhelming, but Tom made it easy. More importantly, he made it easy for us to make decisions because he explained everything clearly, kept on top of the communication, and made sure we always knew how things were tracking. He was honest, practical, easy to deal with, and a great negotiator. He also managed to get us more than we were hoping for, and that is always a win.
