From our very first enquiry, Glenn was great to deal with. Even while he was away on holiday, he made sure we had the information we needed and arranged for his colleagues to assist where required. The team who helped us through the process of buying our first home were absolutely amazing. Communication was always excellent, and they took the time to talk us through everything, helping us understand the market and the different types of properties and homes we could consider. When it came to making offers and navigating contracts, they were incredibly helpful in explaining everything and making sure we understood the conditions involved. They were always so easy to communicate with and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. The team was always proactive and obviously very knowledgeable and we really appreciated how well they were able to communicate that knowledge to us when we had no idea what we were doing! When Nick explained things it was easy to understand. Gave us a clear picture of how he wanted the house staged. If property didnt sell, he offered to let us out of contract, however it sold fairly quickly. I have already given his name to someone else who is planning to sell their property.

He made sure to keep us informed thorughout the process, and advised us of any legal requirements associated with the sale and purchase, but deferred us to experts when needed. Mala was amazing to work with, we were not in the country for the sale of our home which could have made this a very stressful process, but Mala put our minds at ease and made sure everything ran smoothly.
