Nikki and her team helped me to redefine my ideas of what quality, professional and yet, somehow compassionate, property management can look like. My situation felt unique; I'd worried endless that my needs couldn't be met, and yet they were - not just on paper, but also, by helping me navigate and educating me through the process along the way, I feel that Nikki truly went the extra mile to connect, to understand and to want to help. This was not what I'd come to expect, especially in a rentals market such as Aotearoa New Zealand is in the grips of right now; there are no shortage of individuals and families like mine in need of a helping hand, and yet so few good people prepared to extend theirs as Nikki did for me and mine. She ticked all the boxes, including one or two that I had felt she may not have ever encountered before - and she did so with such calm, empathetic professionalism that I never thought twice about reaching out no matter how outside-of-the-box my needs felt. I cannot envisage that I will ever encounter service like Nikki's again in this high-demand sector; certainly, I would be hard-pressed to even consider working with anyone else, from any other agency. I think this place is perfect for your first home, my landlord is not only professional and does well at her job as being a landlord but she is also very caring for our safety and provides excellent service, care and communication.

Our property manager Helen has been awesome really taking the time to find the right tenants, also giving good feedback and advise. We have always been kept up to date with how things are tracking and if any problems arise they are sorted in a timely manner giving us peace of mind. Appreciate the efforts Helen has put in to looking after our house.
