She ticked all the boxes, including one or two that I had felt she may not have ever encountered before - and she did so with such calm, empathetic professionalism that I never thought twice about reaching out no matter how outside-of-the-box my needs felt. I cannot envisage that I will ever encounter service like Nikki's again in this high-demand sector; certainly, I would be hard-pressed to even consider working with anyone else, from any other agency.
