We had a very good experience working with Manni. She was always responsive and answered every call on time, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Whenever we had questions, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all our concerns were addressed. One thing we really appreciated was her effort to check details with the previous owner. For example, the property included a fish tank, and she kindly asked the previous owner about its maintenance and passed that information on to us.
