Joseph helped my wife and I buy our first home. After meeting and connecting with Joseph at an open home we quickly realised how efficient and committed he was. Every week he would call and check on our progress and supply us with a some unlisted properties that had just become available. He then acted as our buyers agent for the purchase of our new home in Woolston. He was always sharply dressed, clear and well humoured. His friendly, relaxed demeanour was what stood out to me initially. Over all, Joseph acted in our best interest, worked hard to ensure we got what we wanted and even came in on his day off to ensure we could view the property when it best suited us. The man, the legend, it’s Joseph Kim.

We had a fantastic experience working with Emma. From the very beginning, she was incredibly personable and down-to-earth, which made us feel comfortable and confident in every decision we made. Her communication style is excellent—always clear, timely, and straightforward. We never had to wonder where things stood, as she kept us updated at every turn. Beyond being highly professional, she proved to be exceptionally reliable, consistently following through on exactly what she promised. Emma's genuine, approachable nature sets her apart. If you are looking for an agent who is both a total professional and a pleasure to deal with, we cannot recommend Emma highly enough.

My agent was Sydnee Wallace and I cannot speak more highly of her commitment, empathy and professionalism in selling my property. She was at all times available to answer questions, make suggestions and explain things. Her knowledge of everything in the real estate world was excellent. She went the second mile in all her dealings with me and potential buyers. Nothing was too big or too small for her to handle. The best thing was that she got me an excellent price. She has a gift for forming great connections with buyers and sellers. I would recommend Sydnee any day.

Claudine was an amazing help start to finish, from staying longer at the open home although she needed to be somewhere else just so my parents could approve it to always being prompt on replies about any question i had in great detail. Claudine made the process very simple even after the sale still checking in if everything's going okay. i could not of had a better experience.

Jacq knew the market, and shared expectations with me throughout the journey. She had great relationships with other agents so we were able to view houses when best suited me. I felt very well supported and my concerns noted and addressed. And then as a result I got my dream house!

Buyer of 72B MacKenzie Avenue, Woolston
I was checking out a house on Worcester st, Linwood, Thinking. "This just might be a go"? We hadn't even sold our own house. we were still hurting, as we had previously listed two utterly miserable-disastrous, "failed sale campaigns" with Raine and Horne of St Martins. Never-the-less, This was the first time I had meet James Ellis from Harcourts Holmwood. A quiet, thoughtful type Englishman, relatively new to Christchurch NZ, He knew the details of the house, There were others interested,so be quick. I arranged to show my partner Kate asap. I introduced Kate to James and that was it, Kate fall for James, She decided he would be the one to help us, sell our house. Forget Worcester st. she said, NO "I want James to sell ours". Next we were introduced to Michael Fisher, We both enjoyed meeting him, You could tell, he was perfect as wing-man for James.Wise, experienced, meticulous and considered. James and Michael explained how the Holmwood office worked "as a team" throughout the process, along with Chris Kilkelly office Manager the "voice of reason", they suggested we go to auction, we did, Auctioneer Dan Pengelly visited our home twice, chatted about what we loved about the house, what the sales strategy would be. He got the vibe, hes jolly good fun and obviously enjoys what he does, He also has beautiful eggs. De-clutter, clean, tidy, open Homes, trade caravans, photos, videos, Trade me listing, the works. We went to auction and nothing? Oh no, not again. Everyone was disappointed of course, Yet the Holmwood boys remained positive. WTF ? Deadlines next. , multi offer "Yippee" , well above Cv. GR8 job team. Thank you everyone @ Holmwood. It got a little tricky, but James seamlessly negotiated his way through the issues with the teams support. Well done We haven't found our replacement home yet, James has been working hard taking us to open homes and looking out for properties etc, Kate loves James., and so do our pets. Cheers Brian

Lee has been a fantastic guide, advocate, and facilitator on our buying journey. She took the time to understand our needs and tier in the market then curated viewings that were realistic while affording us value for our money. She keeps it simple and her use of socials to stay connected and available provided us real time support, which was great. At auction she and her team led us through the process and her support as our buyers agent was appreciated. From the outset she said her motto was 'above & beyond' and we can honestly say she delivers this. Lee enjoys getting buyers over the line. Thank you Lee.
