As the buyer, Chelsea was excellent to deal with. At no stage did I feel any pressure which I half expected after dealing with numerous salespeople previously who are motivated solely by their commissions. Chelsea was insightful about the industry and area and the communication between myself, Chelsea and the vendor was seamless. This told me Chelsea also had a good repore with the vendor. The length of my engagement with Chelsea was short, sweet and without hassle. Complications were encountered with the agreement documentation on confirming the sale due to a technology breakdown and Chelsea went above and beyond to ensure timelines were adhered to.
