We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. The length of my engagement with Chelsea was short, sweet and without hassle. Complications were encountered with the agreement documentation on confirming the sale due to a technology breakdown and Chelsea went above and beyond to ensure timelines were adhered to.
