Buying a house while living in another city can be stressful, but TK made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. While I was based in Auckland, TK helped me search for my second home for nearly a year. As someone quite selective, I truly appreciated his patience. He never pushed me to buy something that didn’t feel right and always respected my decisions. TK consistently stayed ahead of the market by keeping me updated with the latest listings. He often shared internal listings before they reached the public market, which gave me access to some great opportunities. Many times he attended open homes on my behalf and showed the properties via video calls. He regularly went the extra mile by contacting seller’s agents, collecting keys, and doing private walkthroughs so I could see the house remotely.
