Whenever we had a querry on both the sale of our own property and the purchase of the new one both Jake and Mimi were very receptive to our requests as well as being very knowledgeable on all aspects. Even though we had the cart before the horse in the sale and purchase scenario, it was navigated very well and a sale price slightly beyond our initial expectations was realised, along with an extended settlement, allowing us to remain in our current property until such time as the new property is ready. Obviously their market knowledge and negotiating skills were very prominent. This was greatly appreciated by both of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jake during what was, at times, a very stressful and complicated property sale. From the beginning, he was incredibly considerate of what I wanted to achieve, both with selling my property and ultimately finding my next home.
