I have bought and sold multiple properties over the years, but I have to say this has been the best experience. Holly may have listed the property, and I still have doubts that she even exists (lol) as Sydnee did all the work and she did it so well. Communicating through WhatsApp was the best ever experience from a selling agent with constant contact and Sydnee was the star of the show. She worked so hard to get the best price and after we accepted the best of the offers, she had to jump through hoops contacting the purchaser to keep him on track which ended up in the sale. Also, nothing was ever a problem. I only met her once when I just handed the keys over at the start and never had to go back to the property again. Shame I don't have any Christchurch Properties left to sell. AAAAAA+
