Excellent experience with Jill. Would recommend 100%.

Despite being in our 60s we have not had a lot of experienced dealing with Real Estate agents. We met Jill at the Open Day on the property we purchased. She was friendly, genuine and helpful from the get-go. Her communication was excellent, answering any questions that we had clearly and promptly. She kept us updated on any information we needed to know, prior to our offer being made and accepted. Jill was extremely professional on all counts. We will seek her out if we ever need to work with a Real Estate agent in the central Christchurch area again.

Zani - The person you want by your side

Everyone needs a Zani when purchasing a house. Having someone so informative, professional and yet so personable is hard to find. Really good to work with

We recently worked with Zani to sell our home, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, she brought such positive energy and enthusiasm, while still being incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She was always approachable, helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent from Zani and her team. We never had to chase updates, and she made sure we understood everything as new information came through. There were definitely some stressful moments during the sale process. During these situations, Zani was exceptionally kind, empathetic, and supportive. Rather than adding pressure, she calmly guided us through what needed to happen next and gave honest, professional advice that made a difficult process feel manageable. It was obvious she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome possible and was willing to put in the effort to make that happen. We’re incredibly grateful for all of her support and would absolutely recommend Zani to anyone looking for an agent who is hardworking, knowledgeable, compassionate, and just fantastic to deal with.
