We approached Mike to sell our home because he has a regular visual presence in our area and has managed a lot of sales in and around Northwood. His communication from the outset was outstanding, his appraisal of our property was well supported with recent sale information and he was very realistic about the current market. Engaging Matt happened by chance, but if I was in the market again it would definitely be a choice! There are many things I like and respect about Matt. Most important, there was no blag - he gave us an accurate and realistic assessment (at every stage). There was optimism but no oversell. Second most important, Matt was super generous with his time. He answered calls, texts, emails promptly and cheerfully (even though some were probably inconvenient), and regularly provided feedback about the level of interest in, or observations about, the house.
