From our first visit to the Open Home, Claudine was attentive and engaging. We followed up with a number of questions which were dealt with promptly and fully. When we wanted to go through the house again, Claudine was readily available and nothing was a problem. She helped drive an efficient negotiation to the benefit of both parties.

Although the whole team were important to the sale price I cannot imagine anyone working harder to achieve a sale. Without Lydia’s commitment to finding a buyer I do not believe I would have sold my house.
