Sam is awesome - From being avaiable all the time (Sorry Sam!) to bidding for my confidently at Auction I loved working with her throughout the buying process and look forward to the next one!

Sam has amazing communication and made me feel herd whenever I brought up concerns. Sam made buying a house feel achievable, and when we crossed the line her genuine happiness for me was exactly what I needed. We got a house 1.5 weeks after engaging with Sam! Her understanding of the market, as well as the importance of timing made all the difference for us making a move on our home. We wouldn't have made the first move confidently without her, and we also wouldn't have got it over the line at the end without her negotiation skills. With her market knowledge she also saved us money and time by discouraging us from another house that turned out being out of budget. Thank you Sam!

Sam is genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. We were so nervous going into auctions as we had only ever looked at deadline sales, but she helped guide us through the process and was such a great support. We scored our home on the first auction super quick! She works extremely hard and you can tell that she loves what she does, nothing was a problem for her.
