Intelligent and hard working responder with rare deep people skills

I have dealt with many real estate agents when looking for a home over the past 3 years and Debbie stands above the rest. Debbie had strong answers for all of my concerns about buying our new house and kept up communication in the week before the auction, which built momentum for the auction. She responded quickly and effectively to feedback about the house and provided solutions readily. Although Debbie was hired by the seller, she ended up being the perfect agent for us to deal with and that's why I have asked her to sell our house. I strongly believe that the sellers chose extremely well and that they can have 100% confidence in her efforts. Debbie provided us with a plan at each step and that really helped. I didn't know I needed Debbie's help until I got it - she has helped to get us unstuck.

She promised the best price — and delivered

I was in the difficult position of selling my current home while also trying to secure the home I wanted to move into. Estelle supported me through both sides of that process. She actively helped me with the purchase, including putting in a backup offer, and I honestly think it would have been very difficult for me to manage everything without her. The selling process was stressful at times, and I was not always the easiest client. Even when I became frustrated, Estelle remained patient and professional and never responded with anger. What impressed me most was the effort she made to achieve the best possible result. She worked hard to bring potential buyers together, made countless calls, encouraged interested parties to attend and bid at the auction, and kept working right up to the final moments. Watching her at the auction, I could see that she was genuinely doing everything she could to keep her promise to me. In the end, she delivered an excellent result, and I came away feeling that she had truly given it her best. She is an absolute star in my eyes.

Cameron works very hard for his results, a passion for the properties placed in his care!

My experiences with working with Cameron over some years now have consistently been extremely enjoyable and professional. He listens well to all relevant circumstances of the transaction, and any peripheral information conveyed, and is most attentive to working toward a very fair and considered outcome. Discussions are focussed and informed, with any actions required being attended to in a timely and comprehensive manner. His support team is outstanding and deserves its own recognition. Cameron works very hard for his results but clearly also has a passion for the properties placed in his care, taking much pleasure in finding their owners the optimum buyer. Without hesitation, I would recommend Cameron to manage any property sale or purchase and will continue to use him for any future such transactions I make.
