Kelly took over from another consultant, who became sick after the buying/selling process began. She was up-to-speed with our requirements virtually immediately, she communicated our wishes with the vendors' agent without hesitation, supplied us with relevant information about the property and constantly kept us up-to-date with the process throughout.

Kelly had her work cut out for her with us! We found a house we wanted help purchasing at auction. Which we did! Then she had to get our current house listed and live, ready for auction. It sold in 1 week with a pre-auction offer and auction brought forward. It was an extremely busy few weeks, but Kelly didn't miss a beat. She remained professional, kept us informed, and provided vital feedback for our decision making. We couldn't have got through this very busy and stressful time without her. Top agent. 5 stars!

When buying a property I would always have Kelly as my agent. She is great communicator and genuinely listens to your needs and what you are looking for. She is completely trustworthy and follows up quickly on any requests required. Nothing is a problem. Kelly simply goes above and beyond the expectations you might have of an agent. She will even support you at an auction if required.
