Verena is a communicative, organised, honest, proactive and pleasant Real Estate professional.

The property I was selling was my first home (purchased over 30 years ago). In recent years the property has been tenanted. At the time of putting the property on the market it was not furnished and had developed a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (bumps/scuffs on walls and the like). Verena arranged for staging (temporary furnishings) and the R&M issues to be attended to in a way that the property’s benefits could be appropriately assessed by potential buyers. It was presented with authenticity: neither overstated nor understated. Verena took a data-based approach to her advice. Verena was always clear and professional in her communications.

Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail who achieves results in a tricky market.

Dermot made a stressful time in an unpredictable market as easy as possible, exceeding my expectations in every aspect of the process. The marketing was outstanding. The presentation of the property was better than I could have imagined, and our open homes were very well attended. His clear, reliable communication and in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the Auckland market meant he managed expectations honestly and thoughtfully. When negotiations appeared to have reached a standstill, Dermot's greatest strength became evident. He worked tirelessly to achieve an outcome both vendor and purchaser were happy with.
