Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond in managing access to the house for the staging company, numerous contractors, and made sure that the house is always up to the best possible standard at open homes. At the auction, he made sure we did not feel pressured to accept any offers if we didn't want to. That was something that we really valued, it can be really stressful selling a home (especially one that we'd loved and lived in for years) and Lisa's positivity and drive was exactly the kind of support we needed to sell our first home. We had a particularly tricky set of circumstances with selling the home, we had tenants in there and we were based in Christchurch, so couldn't easily assess the property. Lisa acted as a great go-between with the tenants, getting property as presentable as possible for all the open homes. She also made herself available for us to ask questions whenever they would pop up and had great, open communication with us.
