About Elmar

With more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Civil Engineering, I’ve spent my career building more than just structures, I’ve built trust, relationships, and a deep understanding of what makes a property truly valuable. From managing medium to large-scale projects to ensuring every detail meets the highest standards, I’ve developed an eye for quality that few in real estate agents can match. When the economic recession hit, it could have been a setback, but instead, it became a turning point. It was a blessing in disguise that led me to real estate, a field where my technical knowledge and passion for helping people could come together. I realised that buying or selling a property isn’t just a transaction, it’s a life-changing decision, and clients deserve someone who can guide them with both expertise and empathy. Today, as a real estate agent, I offer clients more than market advice. I help them see the unseen, whether it’s spotting structural strengths, identifying potential issues, or envisioning a property’s possibilities. My goal is to empower every buyer and seller with clarity, confidence, and the assurance that they’re making the right move for their future. For me, real estate is not just about finding a house, it’s about finding the right home or the right investment, built on a foundation of trust, knowledge, and care.

Calm and friendly approach

We had a really good experience with Shikha. She helped us secure our home even though it wasn’t on the market, and she was calm, approachable and supportive throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how easy she was to communicate with and how she guided us along the way. Overall, though, Shikha was lovely to deal with and made the process much easier for us. We’re grateful for her help in finding our home and would happily recommend her

Great Communication and Pleasant Interactions

Shikha provided us with clear, honest and prompt communication throughout the entire process. She was also very accommodating and went the extra mile to assist with a few additional requirements, including being on site when needed. She has excellent knowledge of the local area where we purchased our home, as well as a strong understanding of the current market conditions. Shikha was always approachable, friendly and professional in all our interactions with her. We really appreciated her support throughout the process and would happily recommend her to others.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shikha. She was honest, warm, approachable, and always easy to reach throughout the entire process. No question was ever too much trouble, and she responded quickly every time, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.
