The agents (Steve Hood and Rawdon Christie) are amazing. So approachable, realistic, and we felt they had our interests at heart. This was both in selling our home and our repurchase. Having had a family member previously work for Barfoot and Thompson as well makes me loyal to Barfoot. They were both always approachable, and they continually kept us informed - Especially after open homes. Throughout the process, when we had issues or questions, no matter how big or small, they were always available with practical advice. Steve's experience shone through. There are many reasons for rating my agents Steve Hood & Rawdon Christie a 10/10 following a successful sale at auction. The support and advice on to how to prepare our late mother's home for sale; excellent communication via. meetings in person, phonecalls, texts, WhatsApp group messages and emails; following each Open Home a recorded video message detailing who had attended, etc, detailed weekly reports, etc., etc! In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.

Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties.
