Both Dermot and Sarah were responsive to my needs. They appeared to work well together to ensure the property was presented as well as could be expected . They were both very pleasant but not too sales talky orientated . I looked to them for advice and they gave good solid advice knowing the market in the area well. I went to the market with a realistic value of what the property is worth in the current market and got a pre auction sale.

Dermot and Sarah are a 5 star team. They are professional and experienced without being pushy. Their advice right throughout the selling was spot on and I just always felt I was in good hands. They both went above what was expected and delivered on all their promises. If they said I was going to get a report on a certain day I did. Also Dermot’s experience with aspects such as staging and contacts for gardening etc was invaluable. This was a deceased estate and both Dermot and Sarah were very respectful around this, and helped as much as they could to alleviate any stress. On auction day Dermot was so professional and we got our desired outcome in a tricky market. It was a pleasure working with Dermot and Sarah and I wouldn’t hesitate to engage their services again.

We’ve used Dermot and his team on several occasions now and keep returning due to the fantastic services provided. In the past we’ve attempted to not be loyal to one agent but when you get results like Dermot provides it makes it very difficult not to come back for more.
