We responded to a recommendation about the outstanding care and attention these 2 women offered in the sale of a friend's house. Our initial meeting was lively and very enjoyable and we came away with a very comprehensive brochure and a couple of days later received a video of the property. All looking very attractive. We had a tall order - a quick sale at a good price, while accommodating the tenant who'd been in the property for about a year and was well settled. There were also some repairs we were hoping would wait for the new owner. The property went on the market in December and there were 2 viewings. Before the third, a keen buyer had met the tenant, assured her that he would continue her tenancy, made an unconditional offer and said not to worry about the work needing to be done - he'd do it himself!
