Alex was incredibly helpful in selling my home. The first open home was a flop (on mothers day) but after this Alex really put the accelerator down, getting multiple vjewings in addition to the scheduled open homes. The deadline date of sale felt tight, but we had multiple good offers to consider by that time thanks to hisbhard work. His liaison during the multi offer situation got me a great sale price. While there were moments I felt talked down to, overall he was patient with me and willing to talk through what was happening and what my options are. Alex went the extra mile by helping with conditional-unconditional reports and issues and arranging for some work to be done to satisfy these issues while i was overseas. I would certainly recommend Alex as an agent to sell your home, and i think ray white and their higher fees are worth it, considering other properties in my area which have yet to sell being marketed by different agents.
