Kanta willingly took on our sale in a difficult market; she worked closely with us every step of the way and briefed us at each point. Kanta read the market well and put forward a process that enabled an acceptable sale price to be achieved on the basis that the auction was brought forward with an additional viewing weekend before the brought forward auction. Then a person who viewed the property in the weekend before the auction turned up to bid at the auction resulting in a sale price well in excess of expectations.

Kanta was a great communicator. She also had great knowledge of the area and she worked tirelessly right to the end.
