I was in the difficult position of selling my current home while also trying to secure the home I wanted to move into. Estelle supported me through both sides of that process. She actively helped me with the purchase, including putting in a backup offer, and I honestly think it would have been very difficult for me to manage everything without her. The selling process was stressful at times, and I was not always the easiest client. Even when I became frustrated, Estelle remained patient and professional and never responded with anger. What impressed me most was the effort she made to achieve the best possible result. She worked hard to bring potential buyers together, made countless calls, encouraged interested parties to attend and bid at the auction, and kept working right up to the final moments. Watching her at the auction, I could see that she was genuinely doing everything she could to keep her promise to me. In the end, she delivered an excellent result, and I came away feeling that she had truly given it her best. She is an absolute star in my eyes.
