Off Market Success

Lydia was aware that we were looking to sell at some stage in the near future. In a short space of time she had identified a potential buyer who was perfect for us and it was an offer that we couldn’t refuse. This left us looking for a house within a short space of time and Lydia helped us find a house and we managed to settle on a the same date as our sale. If we didn’t have Lydia in our corner I truly believe we wouldn’t have ended up with our dream home. Her coaching and advice in the lead up to the deadline sale allowed us to get us in an unconditional position within a tight timeframe which resulted in us winning our new home. Would recommend Lydia to anyone looking to buy or sell, having a dedicated team definitely contributed to our success!

Amazing support from start to finish！Professional, responsive and excellent to work with！

Andrea was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole purchase process. She was friendly, professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. From the first viewing through to the offer and negotiation stage, she kept things moving smoothly and always came back to us quickly with updates. We really appreciated her calm and helpful approach, especially during the negotiation. She made the process feel much less stressful and helped us reach a great outcome. Overall, we are very happy with the service Andrea provided. She was fantastic to work with and we would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Knowledge, responsive, and incredibly dedicated.

Mary and the team were exceptional in the sale of our house. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable, she always had thoughtful advice, practical solutions and great contacts for anything we needed to resolve. We were very grateful for how hard she worked right up to the last minute, in particular on a tricky last minute issue. Exceeded Expectations

We flew down from the North island to view a number of properties in Christchurch. In all honesty, prior to our trip, this property was at the bottom of our list. We were time poor and it was a little over our budget (we nearly skipped the open home). Luckily we managed to squeeze it into our tight schedule as it quickly became our 1st contender! Harrison and his team had done an immaculate job staging the property which instantly won us over. He was more than accommodating with working around our needs, making it simple to communicate and negotiate efficiently Highly recommend checking out his teams listings!
