Buying a home in CHCH from Wellington

I was recommended and met Sam early on in my journey to buying a house in CHCH, I currently live in Wellington. Sam was enthusiastic, professional, helpful and full of local knowledge. Once I had given Sam my brief she went to work sourcing, visiting and following up any questions I had around the properties she was suggesting or any others that I sent her to review. Her help was invaluable especially considering I was an out-of-town buyer. Her diligence and attention to detail became evident as we whittled down options and targeted properties together. She then ultimately represented me at auction which proved successful and saved myself and my wife a ton of work (and cost).
