Annette worked hard on our behalf and continually kept us up to speed on what was happening.

In our case the buyer was ill prepared/advised by his representative and at times challenging. Annette communicated back to us really well. Harcourt marketed the house well, especially having it professionally staged. I would highly recommend the team and I would use them again.

Everything we could ask for. Service of the highest standard.

Cheryl was outstanding from start to finish. We had multiple open homes and private viewings that she accommodated without issue. Cheryl always provided very clear communication and updates so that we always felt aware of what was going on. When we didn't sell at auction as planned, Cheryl used her extensive contacts to find us multiple private buyers that put in offers. Cheryl knew what we were expecting and was very clear with her opinion as to how we could achieve our goal. Communication, availability, knowledge and experience were all of the highest standard. Would very happily recommend Cheryl to anyone wanting to sell their home.
