Diligent and kind

Tracy was a great real estate agent dilligent throughout the entire process. As first home buyers she was extremely kind and accommodating to our needs and lack of experience in buying a first home. She walked us through step by step meeting us in person when ever needed at short notice also. As far as real estate agents got tracy goes the extra mile and delivers excellent service to people she works for. I will definitely use her again and recommend to my friends and family.

Supportive, empathetic, helpful and just all round fantastic!

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. From day one, Tracy was incredibly friendly, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us through every step of the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She would drop everything to assist us, worked long hours, and was always available when we needed advice or reassurance. We faced a number of difficult situations which at times felt overwhelming, but she stood by us every step of the way. Her support, guidance, and advocacy gave us confidence during what could have been a very stressful experience. Rebecca provided exceptional service with very clear communication

Buying a home from a distance is rather stressful. Rebecca made this process seamless, working alongside my son and daughter-in-law up until a few days before the auction. At this point we were in contact. Her communication with me was exceptional from texts to phone calls. I greatly appreciated the video call the day before the auction so I could see the house.. I felt well informed and supported through the auction process.. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who values clear, honest communication and dedication.
