Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere. We would definitely go back to her if we were to sell or buy another house. Even though ours was an auction she help negotiate extras for us. Fernanda organised 4 viewings outside the normal open homes and even drove me to them since I was from out of Christchurch. Honestly can't find a fault!!

Josh made it really easy to get into a place we love. We had some hesitancy going into a deadline sale, but he and his team's strategy of when and how to make the offer, managing the offer conditions, and his recommended lawyers came in clutch. We had a chat with Josh to get an idea of what we wanted, and he was very easy to deal with and was able to dumb everything down for us as necessary. His picks were great - he shortlisted two places, one was exactly perfect for us, and we only ever went to one viewing!
