We decided to sell our rental property in Christchurch. We live in the North Island and could not easily be directly involved. We met with Gill on a short visit to see the place after the last tenants left. The marketing approach was agreed and the minor items that needed to be addressed were identified. Gill arranged for a staff member, Anna, to organise and oversee the contractors who did this work. The marketing went to plan and the sale effected very efficiently. We were extremely happy with Gill and Anna's handling of the sale for us.
