Belinda achieved a great result for us when auctioning my mother’s house which we sold ‘as is’. Belinda had over 8 bidders leading to an exciting auction realising well over the anticipated price. Agent Drew was exactly what we needed during this process, being located out of town we relied on him to be able to be our ears and eyes on the ground. I don’t know how to explain this without sounding dramatic… but securing my first home felt about as complex as brokering peace between Israel and Iran. There were negotiations, counter-negotiations, hidden clauses, semi nuclear meltdowns, and at least one moment where I genuinely thought I was going to have to trade a kidney.
