Mark Phillips from the start of the process was very helpful with advice on the marketing and process for selling. The property took a while to sell but this was no reflection on Mark. It was due to the ever changing real estate market in Wellington region with prices constantly reducing. The two rental apartment house had on average, a regular 2-6 groups through at every Open Home, that were held each week. It was only due to Mark's perseverance, his attitude and advice that finally saw a sale.

Roseleen was very clear in explaining everything i needed to know for the purchase of l my property and if there were any issues to resolve Roseleen was always avaliable to provide advise or assistance in resolving them quickly which I very much appriciated. Should highly recommend Roseleen as your next real Estate Agent if buying or selling a property.

Mike helped us throughout with advice on what was best for us to secure a sale at a reasonable price in and within the first marketing window - in what turned out to be a very challenging market. His communications with us (and I assume with the buyer, given they bought) was 'most excellent' and I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone who wants an honest hard working agent with a great manner. We interviewed several agents but we chose Mike because something about him just gelled with us and it is hard put put a finger on. Therefore I suggest if you are selling, that you at least give him a call and look for the X-Factor for yourselves.
