Jayden was particularly helpful accommodating our request for an early viewing of the property when we could not attend the initial scheduled open home event. Subsequent communications were timely and kept us up-to-date with proceedings throughout. Jayden clearly knows the business well and his exceptional local knowledge insights were helpful. Jayden's guidance with using the Tall Poppy online system was also much appreciated. Being technologically challenged and not entirely comfortable with online forms and digital signatures we found ourselves 'converted' at the end of the sale and purchase process. To have completed those requirements without all the 'toing and froing' of traditional paper based systems was quite refreshing. Thank you Jayden - it's a pleasure doing business with you.
