Mike was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped my partner and I through the tender which we had to get done on the very last day after pulling out of another address. Then when we unfortunately encountered some set backs with a bank he kept working with us to navigate that and we end up with the place we really love and are so excited for our future and next steps in. He has been fantastic at communicating with us throughout the entire process, both providing updates and helping with our all questions etc. Would happily purchase through Mike again!

I can't recommend Chris and Will more. They were good communicators and very clear on the sales process and where things were at through-out. They are very responsive on the Whatsapp group they set up and always got in touch regarding viewings and provided feedback after viewings and open homes. They proved to be resilient in a slow market and kept working hard even after we had a conditional offer providing me with certainty and an outcome. They managed the process from end to end in a professional and seamless manner. Safe hands!

Clare and Grant were highly recommended to us, and they certainly did not disappoint. David is an experienced operator. Great communication, great market knowledge, great negotiation skills, very polished and professional. Tick tick tick. But added to that: We were very nervous selling in winter, in a tricky Wellington market, but David was reassuring and confident just when we needed it. No rosey story, he tells it as it is, but he is steady. The process of purchasing a home can be stressful especially when new to the area however we felt safe with Simon. He quickly understood what we were looking for and the things that ticked the boxes for us, and although very professional in his field we really appreciated his down to earth, relatable manner. Simon was quick to return phone calls and emails and went to great lengths to find out the 'answer' to any queries we did have. We also loved the fact Simon is Kerikeri born and bred so lots of tips/knowledge for us newcomers in that regard. We would very happily work with Simon again whether buying or selling a home.
