We enlisted the services of Team Rupert Kemeys due to us having dealt with them previously. Also, they had recently sold a neighboring property and had left their flyer at our property, which to us demonstrated their desire to obtain the listing. At our initial onsite appraisal we found Rupert very professional, beautifully presented and personable. We found his appraisal honest and accurate with him having very good market knowledge. Therefore we enlisted his services on the spot without the need to meet with other agents. We were provided with a detailed marketing plan which involved two open homes through to a deadline sale. At first we thought we would extend that to three open homes, however upon reflection we decided to remain with the initial plan which turned out to be absolutely the way to go. We were absolutely delighted with the photography and felt they had captured the true essence of the property. The video of Rupert and Scoota was cute ! After twelve days on the market, two open homes and numerous private viewings, we were presented with three offers at deadline. One of which we immediately accepted. Team Rupert Kemeys set up a group Whats App Chat which made our communication seamless. We really didn't require their more formal updates as we felt we were 'in the loop' throughout the entire process, therefore their communication style was brilliant and really suited us. With having recently sold a neighboring property, Team Rupert Kemeys brought with them their data base of prospective purchasers looking to purchase in the area, which could only have been advantageous to our sale. Therefore, in summary we could not speak more highly of Team Rupert Kemeys. We are more than happy to endorse their services and will most certainly entrust them with any future properties. Nicky was excellent at communicating with us. From when we first decided to put an offer on she helped us through each step of the process. She kept reaching out to us to make sure things were going smoothly for us and even gave us a few solicitors to try which we were extremely grateful for. As someone who was learning a lot about the buying process it was nice to have support and patience from Nicky. Overall our experience with Nicky was great.

Eden was so awesome, she made our experience so wonderful. She communicated everything and if we didn't understand would answer our questions at anytime. I'm a first home buyer and simply couldn't be happier with Suzie. She is Hutt Valley through and through and knows the area like the back of her hand. Throughout the whole process she was warm, friendly, honest and responsive - especially with the multitude of questions I had, which were replied to within a few minutes at best and a few hours at worst. One fantastic example was POST-SALE when I moved in I noticed the vendor had mistakenly taken the fibre box, I contacted Suzie and asked her to get in touch with the vendor to return the box, she responded within minutes and within a couple of hours the box was returned! How many agents would genuinely put in the effort Suzie did after they get their commission? I'll let the reader think about that for a second. Suzie was also very good at chasing up the vendor on many things my lawyer (who is an extremely thorough person) requested and her tenacity ensured that everything was provided correctly and on time. Suzie has a very warm and honest demeanor and was a joy to talk to. Let's face it, the real estate industry is full of scummy agents who just want to get their commission at everyone else's expense, honesty and integrity be damned - but that is absolutely NOT the kind of agent Suzie is. If she was I would've walked away immediately! Overall super happy as a buyer, and if I ever sell the house I will definitely be in touch with her as a seller (if she hasn't retired yet!!)

Anna was very easy to talk to and made me very welcome when I came to have a look at the property she answered all my questions and told me about the history of the property.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first time I met Michael, we just clicked. Obviously, having another Michael in the room meant we were off to a great start 😂. We connected straight away over football, had plenty of laughs, and I could immediately tell he was genuine, knowledgeable and someone we could trust. When Tayla and I first viewed the property, I liked it enough that I brought my dad back because I thought, this could be the one. As dads do, he gave us his honest opinion, and even he connected really well with Michael. Andrea, who was working alongside Michael, also connected with my dad over women's cricket, which was awesome. From that point, we genuinely felt like we were dealing with people who had our best interests at heart. Throughout the whole process, Michael went above and beyond. We probably set the Guinness World Record for the number of times the sale and purchase agreement was written and rewritten 😂, but he was always patient and made sure everything was tailored to what we needed. He was fantastic throughout the negotiations, helping us get the deal right, and organising the builder for our building report. He kept us updated, communicated incredibly well and made what can be a stressful process feel easy. What really stood out was that Michael genuinely cared about us, not just selling a house. He regularly checked in, made sure Tayla was doing okay, and even made an effort with my family. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but it showed the kind of person he is. 10/10 from Tayla and me. We couldn't recommend Michael highly enough. If we're ever buying another property, he'll be the first person we call!

Prue helped me well understanding things for this purchase. Purchasing a home in Wellington while in Auckland, it was a bit of a challenge. However, Prue made it easier. She's very professional and considerate.
