Glen and Michelle recently sold my father-in-law’s house. The property had been on the market for the first time since it was built in the 1970s and was, to put it mildly, in a very tired state. Added to this was a lifetime of memories, possessions and trinkets filling the house — a challenge we were upfront with Glen and Michelle about from the outset.
