Excellent advice, communication and sales plan

Mike helped us throughout with advice on what was best for us to secure a sale at a reasonable price in and within the first marketing window - in what turned out to be a very challenging market. His communications with us (and I assume with the buyer, given they bought) was 'most excellent' and I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone who wants an honest hard working agent with a great manner. We interviewed several agents but we chose Mike because something about him just gelled with us and it is hard put put a finger on. Therefore I suggest if you are selling, that you at least give him a call and look for the X-Factor for yourselves. Thanks Mike, if we had another house to sell (yeah right) you could do it for us again :-) Chris
