Mark has excellent communication skills, always positive, and frequently making me feel that selling my house was a priority, even when I knew that he was working for a good number of other vendors. He was realistic about the market and supported me in arriving at an appropriate price. He gave good advice in regard to my purchasing both a LIM report and also Builder's report. I was very impressed by Mark's ability to sum up the needs of those attending Open homes and it was his initiative in suggesting potential purchasers visit my home that led to its sale. His negotiating skills led to an improved offer. I invited Mark to be my Land Agent because of the recommendations of a number of friends.
