I am based in Australia, while the property being sold was my late mother's two-bedroom home in Island Bay, Wellington. Chris and his team managed the eviction of difficult tenants, arranged changing of locks, dealt with break-ins, and worked closely with the police to help resolve ongoing issues involving the former tenant. Within weeks they had organised repainting, new carpet, a full professional clean, and beautiful staging of the home.
