Most of the time, I agree with this saying. However, Marie is the one that changed the stereotypes that I perceived from an agent. She has always been enthusiastic about helping me to find all the answers that I need to make decisions, from the vendor, the council, the trade people, or any one that could help. What I like the most about her was that treated me like a dear friend of hers, rather than a client. She exceeded all the expectations I had toward an agent. In every single step, from viewing the house, to making an offer, and then to the negotiation process, all the way to the settlement date, she was there to help. She gave me advice, she showed me ways of searching for the information that I need. She made me feel safe and certain about every decision that I made along the way. Honest, kind, caring, helpful and trustworthy; that’s Marie. She is truly a God sent gift. I am very grateful that I met her.

It was a pleasure to deal with Tara Kehoe from Eve's in Katikati. Tara is extremely professional. She has a bubbly personality and friendly outlook. She always responded quickly and was very helpful. Her knowledge of the area and market is great. I liked that if there was a question asked that was outside her area of expertise she would work alongside her colleagues and utilise their expertise and experience so as to advise us informatively. She worked closely with Durelle Green on rural matters. Buying at auction was a new experience and I found both Tara and Durelle very calming, supportive and informative. I can't to thank Tara enough for her thoughtfulness and for going out of her way at what was a challenging time. I highly recommend Tara as an agent.
