In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.

Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties. This was all done to an excellent standard and relatively quickly. Throughout the process Steve’s communication and advice was always right on point. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the result was two properties sold at auction.

The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Our trust was well placed, communication was quick and concise.
