Warm and hard-working . Wendy is excellent with people and worked extremely hard to sell our two-bed unit in One Tree Hill, showing over 100 parties our property over seven weeks. Before the first open day she turned up with a massive bunch of flowers to help make the place look lovely - a gesture that was representative of the care and going above and beyond that is characteristic of Wendy. Our house proved more difficult to sell than we anticipated because of cross-lease, previous flooding and building consent issues; however it was safe, fully remediated and a lovely place. Wendy saw its value and truly represented it, working hard to get interested buyers to the table. Wendy is warm, lively, emotionally intelligent, and astute with people. We valued her deep local knowledge and extensive experience in selling Auckland houses. Helen Lam, who partners with Wendy, was also an excellent agent. Between them Wendy and Helen gave access to a wide demographic of potential buyers, speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Wendy’s faith in the saleability of our property and her unrelenting positivity, even when an initial first offer collapsed, carried and encouraged us through the process. This was the second home we’ve bought and sold in life; we’re not particularly experienced in property markets. Wendy guided the process with warmth and heart, giving us good, candid information and counsel along the way. She remained determined, upbeat and professional throughout.
