Refreshingly honest and friendly team to deal with

Purchasing my first home via Abbey + Richard was the best experience I could have hoped for. Abbey was super lovely to deal with and refreshingly honest and open when I had questions. In my opinion she went above and beyond when it came to the auction and was by my side during the bidding process. I also really valued the FAQ element of the purchase docs. It was such a clever and re-assuring document and allowed easy and fast access to common questions, which helped with pre purchase insurance or tradie quotations. Elspeth in the office team was also amazing and super helpful with explaining the auction process and things to check beforehand. I would highly recommend buying/selling a house with Abbey + Richard and their wonderful team.
