Patrick quickly figured out why kind of home I wanted (before I did) and was always available for questions I had relating to the house and the process of buying it. He was patient but motivated, a good communicator and I feel he gave me pragmatic and fair advice. I thought I’d be stressed out buying a house but he really made the whole thing a breeze. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Patrick.
Felt Mel and Ava were in touch with the local market and stepped up to secure good offers and sale.
Tommy was fantastic to work with, super friendly and professional, he put me in touch with colleagues who helped make the sale go through without complication. He was flexible with meeting times and location and I felt confident working with him being a 'new to the market' buyer. Thank you so much for making the purchase of this property manageable and straightforward.
I've both sold my house and bought a new one through David and can't recommend him highly enough. David is a great communicator so you always feel fully informed. David is great at advocating for you - whether you are buying or selling he tries to put your best interests first which is all you can really ask for. If you are looking to buy or sell in Wellington, David is your man.
Lou expertly marketed my home, handled every detail and challenge with professionalism and speed, and got it sold quickly for a price that exceeded my expectations. I couldn't recommend Lou more highly!
Melanie and Ava were excellent - their communication was 10/10, they made everything easy and stress free, and were very respectful of the tenant. Both total professionals in every way.
My house went on the market in May of this year and it was about 5-6 months before it finally sold. During that time, Tommy held many open homes on Sundays, and also many private viewings for individuals who showed an interest. After each of these he made a point of phoning me up to tell me how things went - both the optimisms and the pessimisms (for example telling me of the current state of the property market). He suggested some alterations to the asking price, based on the feedback he got from potential purchasers. He persevered and was finally successful. After the purchase was finalised, the buyers came back and said there were some broken locks and other minor faults which they wanted me to fix, but Tommy was having nothing of it and pointed out that the faults were very evident when they agreed on the purchase. All in all, a very professional job throughout the whole selling process
We sold at a bad time, but within that context, Tom and Harry were professional throughout, communicated well and were excellent to work with. Ultimately we got a sale.
Working with Chris and Will was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our first meeting, it was clear they were professional, yet down-to-earth and approachable. We felt they were genuinely committed to getting a great result for us. Both Chris and Will were always available for questions. Their knowledge of the process runs deep and we always felt heard and supported. I would warmly recommend Chris and Will to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, persistent and sincere team.
This property was owned by a family trust and one of the beneficieries lived in it for some fifteen years. After he left to get married, the property was in some distress, and Erin was approached for advice on how to proceed. This advice was practical and led to the decision to completely refurbish it before putting it to market. Once this was complete Erin was appointed as sole agent and she made sale process as seamless as possible which included going to Levin to ensure the trustees there completely understood the process and obtaining the necessary signatures from the Wellington based trustee. Erin and our daughter worked hand in glove, especially as when the inevitable complications arose, and this attention to detail from both of them was undoubtedly instrumental in obtaining a contract for a very satisfactory price with a minimum of time expended.
