⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first time I met Michael, we just clicked. Obviously, having another Michael in the room meant we were off to a great start 😂. We connected straight away over football, had plenty of laughs, and I could immediately tell he was genuine, knowledgeable and someone we could trust. When Tayla and I first viewed the property, I liked it enough that I brought my dad back because I thought, this could be the one. As dads do, he gave us his honest opinion, and even he connected really well with Michael. Andrea, who was working alongside Michael, also connected with my dad over women's cricket, which was awesome. From that point, we genuinely felt like we were dealing with people who had our best interests at heart. Throughout the whole process, Michael went above and beyond. We probably set the Guinness World Record for the number of times the sale and purchase agreement was written and rewritten 😂, but he was always patient and made sure everything was tailored to what we needed. He was fantastic throughout the negotiations, helping us get the deal right, and organising the builder for our building report. He kept us updated, communicated incredibly well and made what can be a stressful process feel easy. What really stood out was that Michael genuinely cared about us, not just selling a house. He regularly checked in, made sure Tayla was doing okay, and even made an effort with my family. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but it showed the kind of person he is. 10/10 from Tayla and me. We couldn't recommend Michael highly enough. If we're ever buying another property, he'll be the first person we call!

I would have to rate Michael Hinds 20/10. He is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with and was crucial in the sale of our investment property in central Wellington. Communication from the moment we engaged Michael and the Just Paterson Realty team was excellent. Prior to marketing our property Michael advised us to get a building report because of its monolithic cladding. The report showed some issues that needed attention and as we don’t live in Wellington, Michael became the primary project manager. He worked tirelessly with contractors to rectify these issues so we could market our property with integrity. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by ensuring the property always looked its best for Open Homes. If you are looking for a good real estate agent then look no further. When issues came up, he and the team investigated them thoroughly and arranged for the necessary fixes to be sorted before we listed — advice that made a real difference to how smoothly the sale went. Once we had a conditional offer, they didn't ease off at all. They worked what seemed like all hours of the day and night to keep the marketing and process moving, and got the deal over the line.
