Paula was so helpful throughout this buying process. Her knowledge of Wellington and the ins and outs of the process and the market helped immensely. She kept me updated throughout and was always available to answer my many questions. Paula is so positive and a genuinely kind and caring individual. Happy recommend her for buying or selling!
The whole sale process was relatively easy, given that the house was built in the1990s “leaky buildings” era. Sam proved very easy to work with as he explained the process and outlined the issues. Viewing numbers were OK, but few offers resulted. Thanks to Sam and Ben the one offer succeeded.
