Lou and Matt have made our first home purchase an enjoyable experience from start to finish, from initial query to move-in. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any potential vendors, and any buyers can have the confidence that they're dealing with trustworthy and knowledgeable agents that look after their interest as well. I don't think we'd have made the wonderful decision to buy our first home if not for Lou and Matt.

Matt caught our hearts from the second we met him. He was not intimidating compared to few others but rather so welcoming to view the house. His fun & vibrant vibe made us love to buy the property even more cause he just know so much not only about the house but the community in it. He is prompt to respond and made sure we got our queries answered without us second guessing. We think his strong asset is his straight forward communication skills. Not only he is knowleadgeable but how he deliver himself with kindness and humility with passion for his craft makes us trust what he say and get the confidence that we need as first home buyers.
