Mike was professional and straight up, and while his job is to get the best price for the vendor, we felt he operated in a fair and honest way.
Was able to answer any queries I had about the process and gave excellent advice on any areas that could have become complicated.
Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.
