We chose Sam as our agent because of the depth of his market knowledge, his enthusiasm and ultimately because he was friendly, down to earth and we felt we trusted him. We were right! Sam gave us good advice leading up to the house going on the market and even made himself available when we were unable to meet a tradesperson. He listened to our concerns, and gave us wise thoughts on marketing. Throughout the process Sam's communication with all of us was excellent - he gave us plenty of notice of viewings, and regular feedback on potential purchasers' responses as well as any issues.
