I was never hassled; communication was always professional and timely. The Lowe and Co. support team kept me on track, responded to my questions about process, etc and I felt sheltered from anxiety about the selling process. Throughout the selling journey I felt supported and valued. I would recommend this team to others selling their property becasue it was such a pleasant experience throughout.

Iain did well for a challenging market, we ended up with a price we weren't upset about in the end. This price was $80k less than where we started with but the market was turning bad as we came on. With more foresight of where the market was heading, being more aggressive with the price at the start could have meant a faster and more lucrative deal.
Charles was excellent to work with throughout the sale of our apartment. He was proactive with communication, kept us informed at every stage, and was always quick to respond to questions. His advice was straightforward and practical, and he demonstrated a strong understanding of the local market. Most importantly, he sold the property within the price range he originally estimated and achieved a sale within five weeks of listing, which was a great outcome. Charles has a traditional, no-nonsense approach and focuses on getting the job done. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty and consistent communication throughout the process and would recommend him to others selling their property.

Responsive and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions promptly and not once we’ve ever felt that she makes up the answers - which sadly, we have experienced in the past from a “name brand” agent. We have a great respect for that approach, even if that means we do not get the answer instantly. This is the 5th house we bought in the past decade or so, and out of all seller’s agent we’ve dealt with, the team of Te Pāea and Jason are right up there!
Aaron was able to find us a sale when nothing else around us was selling (at least not at what we got for it). Super friendly, communicative, understanding -- wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We looked around at a few agents before settling on Charles, we wanted someone with knowledge of the market in the area, after a bit of research Charles seemed like a good fit for us. After his first visit, we felt we had made the right choice with him, after he gave realistic advice on the current market, where we should place our desired price and expectations. Charles also gave us solid advice for marketing and open homes, including where we could do reduce overheads and ultimately get the best deal. Charles' level of communication was perfect, giving us updates and feedback when needed, but not spamming us with every tiny detail, when it came down to the details of the sale, he was able to advise what was happening in the market and considerations we should be thinking about in order to get the best price and cleanest offer secured. I would happily use Charles again in the future, and would feel happy recommending him to others.
